I’m a intuitive self-taught chef who learned cooking by simply picking up a knife & entering the most busiest industry in the world “food service”.

While meeting so many great chefs I decided to take the knowledge that I learned & begin my career.

I elevate simple but elegant ingredients to incorporate within my well-balanced fine-dining plates & now combine my love for food to help my clients enjoy & most certainly live and eat better each day.

I work with families with many diverse backgrounds that give my job a sense of artistry that I execute & produce on your plate no matter the event/scenario.
